A 74-year-old man was arrested on Thursday after police say he pointed a gun at a man he didn’t know.
Police were called to N. Monterey Road about 4:15 pm. A man told police that someone from inside the residence came outside and pointed a gun at him. Witnesses in the area corroborated the man’s statement.
Philip Dorrington was arrested for assault with a deadly weapon.
