While most of the news out of this weekend’s Comic Con has centered around movie previews, crossovers, and the awful zombie walk traffic incident– one of the more amazing stories out of San Diego was that of comic book artist Larime Taylor.
Taylor is the creator of “A Voice in the Dark,” a dramatic comic book series that “follows a college girl born with the urge to kill”. Due to a disability he was born with, he does all of his writing and drawing with his mouth. CBS 8 caught up with the artist:
“Being a little kid that gets attention because your drawing with your mouth… It made you want to do it more, so I just kept on doing it and doing it and got better at it… And my mom is artistically inclined, so she taught me some things,” Taylor said.
“A Voice in the Dark” debuted in November of last year and 5 more issues will be released in September.
