This week is actually going to be pretty nice in the Coachella Valley

For the first time in a long time, it looks like the Coachella Valley is going to get a Monday through Friday stretch free of rain.

The forecast is actually pretty great – as it is calling for five days of high temps in the low to mid 70s and plenty of sunshine, which will be nice for those crews working to get roads like the one up to the Tram operational again after that Valentine’s Day storm from hell.

Don’t get me wrong, the rains haven’t been all bad. Check out what this winter has done for the California drought:

Plus, hey, check out the views!

And it looks like there is a possibility of even more rain on the way – with about a 40% chance on Saturday, but that’s after a really nice week that appears to have a strong possibility of even seeing VillageFest actually happening on Thursday night.

Hope you enjoy the nice weather in Palm Springs and the Coachella Valley!
