Here’s guessing Twenty One Pilots won’t be performing Coachella in 2018.
The duo of Tyler Joseph and Josh Dun had some harsh words for the desert music festival while performing the Firefly fest in Delaware over the weekend.
As Billboard notes, their set began with a video showing Godzilla tearing through Coachella and the desert music festival’s logo and ferris wheel bursting into flames. A short while later, Joseph ripped into Coachella.
“It’s not that we don’t like Coachella. It’s just that we can’t stand it,” said Joseph. “When I hear about that festival, I always tell them, have you ever been to Firefly though? We would take you guys every single day.”
Yeah. Sure. Ok. Enjoy the magic that is Delaware, guys. I am sure Coachella will find a way to make it without you.
