Goldenvoice will once again be giving locals a change to grab tickets to the sold out Coachella Music and Arts Festival along with the Stagecoach Country Music Festival. But this year, things are happening a little differently than in the past.
Unlike previous years, which required people to wait in a sometimes rowdy line, residents will be able to submit requests for passes starting today (March 5th). Goldenvoice will then randomly select those who will be able to by the pass, provided they are able to prove residency.
Here are the links to the request pages:
General Admission (GA) Passes are $429 each for Coachella & $329 each for Stagecoach, all fees included. VIP Passes are $999 for Coachella and range from $899-$1,199 for Stagecoach.
There’s a 2-pass limit per weekend per resident, while supplies last. Wristbands will be placed on the wrist of the resident purchaser and their guest by the box office staff – guest must be present.
Resident passes may only be purchased for use by valley residents in the below zip codes and their guest. Proof of residency must be shown in the form of a California driver’s license or ID card at time of pick up. Passes are non-transferable.
This offer extends to those residing in the Coachella Valley from Palm Springs to Mecca. Zip codes include: 92201, 92202, 92203, 92210, 92211, 92230, 92234, 92236, 92240, 92241, 92253, 92254, 92255, 92258, 92260, 92261 – 92264, 92270, 92274, 92275, 92276, AND 92292
Good luck!
