The Riverside County Fair & National Date Festival returns to Indio from Friday, February 17 through Sunday, February 28. If you are looking to enjoy some concerts, rides, deep-fried everything, and freakin’ Robosaurus, you can do it with some discounted or even free tickets.
Here’s how.
- Everyone gets in free from 10 am – noon on Opening Day, Friday, February 17
- Veterans (plus three guests) receive free admission every day.
- Kids’ Days are Tuesday, February 21 through Thursday, February 23 – one kid gets in free per paid adult.
- Get in for six bucks on Tuesday, February 21st if you say the secret phrase (which we now know is “Where the News Comes First”)
- Wednesday, February 22nd is Riverside County Department of Waste Resources Day, where you can get in for free by bringing in an electronic waste item (listed here)
- Thursday, February 23 is O’Reilly Auto Parts Day – you van get a voucher for a free admission from Coachella Valley O’Reilly Auto Parts stores while supplies last.
- Friday, February 24 is Fantasy $5 Friday – where all tickets are five bucks
