What’s better than really good Thanksgiving stuffing or dressing or whatever you call it? Stuffing made from In-N-Out Burgers that’s what!!!
Here’s the recipe:
First, you have to grab the burgers from In-N-Out Burger. Now I know, the temptation is to get a Double-Double, animal style. Don’t do it!!!! That’s for every other time you go to In-N-Out. Okay, wait. Get one (or two) to have before you make the stuffing, because it’s going to be difficult to go to In-N-Out without eating a burger right away.
So, for the stuffing, here’s what you need:
- 4 In-N-Out hamburgers, onions only (nothing else…no sauce, no tomatoes, no nothing)
- 1 1/2 cups celery, diced
- 1 1/4 tsp. ground thyme
- 1 1/2 tsp. ground sage
- 3/4 tsp. coarsely ground black pepper
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
And here’s the recipe:
- Pre-heat oven to 375
- Remove the onions from burgers and dice.
- In a large mixing bowl, tear the burgers into pieces and add diced celery, onions and seasonings.
- Toss and add chicken broth. Toss well.
- Bake a for 30-45 minutes (depending on how moist you like it).
- Enjoy and save some for me, dammit!!
This should serve 6 to 8 people.
I enjoy this recipe a lot. I hope you do too! I guess you could make it with Five Guys or Whataburger or Shake Shack or whatever, but I’m an In-N-Out guy, so there’s that.
Anyhoo, Happy Thanksgiving!!
