That hotel project in downtown Palm Springs that is not only at the center of bribery allegations against the developer and the former mayor, but also makes you sick to your stomach every time you drive by it thinking about all the public money that went into it, is now taking reservations.
New Rowan by @Kimpton now booking reservations in #PalmSprings. We think the views from the rooftop are epic!https://t.co/KKYDu0kD7v

Rooms are available starting Sunday, November 26 for anywhere from $239 to $349. And no, you don’t get a discount even though your tax dollars funded the place.
Of course you can also book your Palm Springs stay at another property in town, possibly one that is not at the center of a scandal – which, basically, is every other option.
