Rain fell in The Coachella Valley yesterday resulting in the usual: flooding, road closures, and people losing their shit – especially this guy, who just could not resist blowing up his inflatable swan inner tube (how long do you think he has been holding on to that thing for a moment like this?) and floating down a Rancho Mirage road while screaming like a crazy person.
