Baja Fresh – a restaurant at the River in Ranch Mirage that, clearly, I nor anyone else had thought to visit in the last few years – closed at some point. That’s a bummer.
I mean, it was good but not great and parking is shitty and there are a ton of other options. Also, the chain sold in September and it would appear the new owner wanted no part of that location.
Anyhoo, RIP Baja Fresh.
