Move over deep fried Twinkie, there are new (and even more ridiculous) fair food to be had.
Chicken Charlie’s will debut a $125 Twinkie that is covered in caviar on Friday, reports The OC Register. Now that may sound like a lot for a Hostess snack, if you grab one on July 18, the proceeds will go to the Children’s Hospital of Orange County.

But the caviar Twinkie is not all. There are 30 new foods debuting at the fair this year including deep fried coffee (Like you, I am not sure exactly how that even works), a doughnut made with Fireball whiskey, and a deep fried Slim-Fast bar (yes, you read that correctly):
The first weekend of the fair also has a craft beer fest, performances from Gabriel Iglesias and Willie Nelson, and a ton more. Check out the website for more info.
