A collision on Interstate 10 Friday morning left a motorcyclist dead and a driver arrested for suspected DUI.
The crash happened about 8 am east of Bob Hope Drive, reports KESQ. Authorities responded to the scene after a PT Cruiser collided with a motorcyclist.
The rider, who was not named, was pronounced dead at the scene, according to the Desert Sun. The driver of the PT Cruiser was arrested at the scene of the collision.
KMIR reports that there were reports of a group of motorcyclists driving recklessly before the accident happened.
