The popular burger joint has a good selection of regular handles (which you can get at a nice discount during “Hoppy Hour”) and also rotates in a nice variety of IPA’s, stouts, porters, and more from a number of breweries.

2Babe’s Bar-B-Que & Brewhouse
In addition to their award winning brews like Blackfin Lager and Belgian Vanilla Blonde Ale, Babe’s rotates a nice selection of guest taps. Every Monday is Beer Appreciation Night – with 50% off Babe’s brews in the bar area.

3La Quinta Brewing Co.
While the brewery location in Palm Desert offers exclusively La Quinta brews with a nice variety of beers with everything from a the Sundaze Session IPA top their Koffi Porter. The Old Town Tap Room also has some solid rotating guest taps.

4Whole Foods Tap-In Taproom
I know, a grocery store. Weird, yeah? Not really. The Tap-In Taproom is a bar inside the grocery store with plenty of craft beers on tap. But, that’s not all. They also allow you to buy beer from the booze aisle and enjoy it in the dining area – which is a nice way to save a few bucks on a craft beer.

5Draughtsman
This gastropub not only offers up some tasty eats (the Draughtsman Burger is damn good!), but also a pretty good selection of taps – with some going for a bit cheaper during Happy Hour from 3 to 6 every Monday through Friday.

6Bill’s Pizza
The downtown Palm Springs hotspot and the newly opened Palm Desert location are known for their delicious pizza – but they also have a pretty good selection of craft beers. Every Monday, all beer is discounted (as long as you order some food too) – with the biggest being your first Bud Light setting you back only 75 cents, if you are into that kind of thing.

7Coachella Valley Brewing
You can find CVB beers like Monumentous and Dubbel Date on tap at most valley bars and restaurants, but you can also find it at their brewery tasting room. Grab a flight, a glass, or get your growler filled for a weekend by the pool.

8Dead or Alive Bar
Once you can actually find the place (no sign and on a weird turn), you will discover they offer six drafts on tap and a selection of bottles and cans. They pride themselves on not having a bunch of TVs or live music – just beer, wine, and snacks.

9Stuft Pizza
The popular restaurant offers quite possibly the best Happy Hour in town – with huge mugs of tasty craft beer being served at some nice prices. Plus, they have an extensive menu of food and, should you go to the Palm Desert mall location, you can head out an ride one of these weird things after.

10Fame Wine and Cigar Lounge
You probably already gathered this by their name, but here you can drink a nice craft beer and smoke a cigar at the same time. They have a nice selection of cigars, wines, and plenty of bottled beer plus 10 beers on tap.

11Pomme Frite
This hidden downtown Palm Springs gem has a menu loaded with three dozen Belgian beers. Bonus: every bottle they stock is poured into its own unique glass.

12The Yard House
If you like to have options. This is your spot. The have a huge selection of beers – including plenty of seasonal and limited releases. Save a couple of bucks by grabbing yours at Happy Hour every Monday through Friday from 3 to 6 and Sunday through Wednesday from 10 pm to close.
