Multiple DUI checkpoints are scheduled in the Coachella Valley tonight.
Officers from the Palm Springs Police Department Traffic Unit will be conducting a DUI/Drivers License Checkpoint on Friday, August 18, 2017 at an undisclosed location within the city limits between the hours of 9:00 pm to 1:30 am.

The Palm Desert Police Department Traffic Unit will also be conducting a DUI/Driver’s License Checkpoint at an undisclosed location within the city limits between the hours of 07:00 pm to 03:00 am (details here).
Checkpoint or no checkpoint, if you have had too much to drink take a Lyft, an Uber, a cab, have a designated driver, or, if you are in Palm Springs take the free Buzz Shuttle.
