Ted Cruz is running to become America’s next President but, perhaps more importantly, 2 out of 5 voters believe he may be also The Zodiac Killer.
Public Policy Polling asked Florida voters if Ted Cruz was responsible for a sting of murders in the early 1970s. While 62% of them said no, 10 % of them said yes, Ted Cruz is indeed the Zodiac Killer. Another 28% of voters were not sure if Ted Cruz was or was not the Zodiac Killer (or maybe, they were just afraid of what he would do to them if they said something).
Twitter has been filled with conspiracy theories about Cruz since the Senator delivered a speech called, “This is the Zodiac Speaking” at the Conservative Political Action Conference in 2013, reports UPI.
Now, while Cruz couldn’t mathematically be the Zodiac Killer (he would have been 2 years old), still nearly 3 out of 10 voters in florida think he still might be the Zodiac Killer, perhaps because of evidence like this:
