La Quinta Police arrested a 20-year-old man they say assaulted an employee at a La Quinta grocery store on Thursday and attempted to steal a bottle of wine.
Autry Neal assaulted an employee to escape after taking the bottle, according to the department. He was located by Palm Desert K9 and arrested for robbery.
