Over 20 people were stuck for hours, 125 feet in the air, on a Knott’s Berry Farm attraction on Friday night.

The SkyCabin became stuck about 2 pm, reports KTLA, after the braking system locked up and wouldn’t release.

After several attempts to fix the ride, fire crews were called and rescued the 21 passengers one by one.
“We have firefighters in the cab with the occupants. No one is in any medical distress. So we’re going to affix a harness onto each one of them and one at a time we’re going to lower them down to the ground,” Orange County Fire Authority Capt. Larry Kurtz told ABC 7.

Everyone was safely off the ride by 10 pm.
