A Twentynine Palms man was arrested Tuesday after he choked his neighbor, rode a dirt bike over the their yard, and threatening them with a gun.

The neighbor told police that Jason LaMore, 32, came to his house on Sun Valley Drive about 9 am and choked him at his front door, according to Z107.7.

LaMore then went to his home and rode a dirt bike back over to the neighbor’s house, burning out on the front yard and damaging a vehicle. LaMore then left only to come back driving a car into the neighbor’s driveway nearly hitting another man.

Before LaMore left, he told the men he was coming back with a gun.

Police investigated and LaMore was arrested on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon and felony vandalism.
