Police arrested three people in Landers after they say they were in possession of a stolen vehicle and drugs.

Deputies were looking for a stolen off-highway vehicle on Rocky Acres in Landers. They spotted the vehicle at a home and contacted Timothy Baker, 37, who said it belonged to him, according to Z107.7.  Police determined it did not.

Police investigated and determined Baker was also selling methamphetamine. After a search warrant was obtained, police discovered more methamphetamine, marijuana packaged for sales, and 15 firearms – including 11 rifles and shotguns, four handguns. Deputies also found ammunition, and body armor.

Inside the home were Nicole Baker, 36, and Crystal Horath, 33. Authorities determined the Bakers’ 12-year-old son and Horath’s 2-year-old son were living in unsafe conditions.

Timothy Baker was arrested for investigation of possession of a stolen vehicle, possession of drugs for sales, and possession of a loaded firearm in conjunction with drug sales.

Nicole Baker was arrested for investigation of child endangerment. Crystal Horath was arrested on an outstanding felony warrant from Riverside County for vehicle theft.
