It snuck up on us way to fast, but here we are: Christmas Weekend, people! You probably have tons of free time on your hands aside from the last minute gift buying, baking, decorating, entertaining, wrapping, cooking, etc. – so here are some cool things for you to do.
Brian Setzer – Friday
The former Stray Cat and three-time Grammy Award-winner brings 19-piece orchestra to Fantasy Springs Resort Casino for the “SiriusXM Presents The Brian Setzer Orchestra’s 14th Annual ‘Christmas Rocks!’ Tour” Friday night. Tickets are $39 to $69.

Supersuckers – Friday
Eddie Spaghetti, “Metal” Marty Chandler, and Dan “Thunder” Bolton bring their band to Pappy + Harriet’s in Pioneertown along with The Bellrays and The Bombpops. All tickets are $25 and the show starts at 8pm.
Courtney Chambers – Friday
Live Music and Great Beer! Courtney Chambers will perform at La Quinta Brewing Company’s Palm Desert location from 7-9. Catch some live music, have a pint or two, then grab a growler to go as a nice gift for yourself.
Frenchie Davis- Saturday
The singer, best known for her appearances on American Idol and the Voice, performs an intimate show at 8pm The Copa in Palm Springs. Tickets are $25 – $45.

Go See Some Lights
Soon, there will not be any more Holiday lights up anymore and that will make you sad. It will make you even more sad if you miss one of the last weekends to see them. So head on out to Candy Cane Lane, RoboLights, the Mission Inn, WildLights, the Fontana Speedway, or some other cool place I forgot to mention.
