Dickey’s Barbecue Pit is opening its first Coachella Valley location on Thursday with plenty of promotions and giveaways.
The chain restaurant, located at Gene Autry and Ramon, is giving free food and gift cards this Thursday through Saturday. According to the company’s website:
- Thursday the first 50 guests will receive gift cards worth up to $50.
- Friday from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., a radio station will broadcast (yay! free keychains!!) plus $2 pulled pork barbecue sandwiches. One lucky winner will be chosen for a $500 gift card and three winners will receive free barbecue for an entire year.
- Saturday, Dickey’s Barbecue offers all day merchandise giveaways.
The owner of the Palm Springs Dickey’s franchise is Rodney Harper who is excited to open the doors, “I’m from Texas and grew up eating Dickey’s Barbecue since I was only 4 years old. I’m thrilled to introduce Dickey’s Barbecue to the Valley.”
