Summer officially begins on Sunday, but Mother Nature just could not wait until then to bring the blazing heat.
The National Weather Service has issued an extreme heat warning beginning Tuesday in The Coachella Valley and lasting at least through the weekend. Expect high temperatures to reach 112 degrees or higher every day this week.
The same old warnings apply: hydrate, wear loose clothing, try to get your shit done in the morning when it is cooler, etc. – but we all know, the only way to beat the heat is to get the hell out of town – for those lucky enough who can (San Diego should be in the 70s all week BTW).
Be sure to enjoy your terrible, hot, sweaty, disgusting, and gross last week of Spring…and remember, only 4 more months of this shit to go.
