Former Subway spokesman Jared Fogle will plead guilty to possession of child pornography, reports FOX 59.
Fogle will reportedly accept a plea deal Wednesday with the U.S. Attorney’s Office holding a press conference tomorrow afternoon to talk about the deal and charges against Fogle.
Fogle’s home was raided by authorities on July 7th as part of a child pornography investigation involving Russell Taylor, the former director of the Jared Foundation started by Fogle. Taylor was arrested and accused of possessing and producing child pornography. Taylor would later, unsuccessfully, attempt to suicide in jail.
A short time after the raid on his home, Fogle was suspended as spokesman by Subway.
Fogle’s attorney had no comment.
