The watch is in effect from 11 a.m. through 8 p.m. and, as is always the case with desert weather, could mean nothing at all or could mean heavy rainfall and flooding conditions.
Rain or no rain, it will definitely be yet another gross, humid day in the Desert with high temps predicted to be around 105. The humidity moves out tomorrow and with it, temperatures will soar. 109 is the forecast for Thursday. A scorching 111 will be the high on Friday.
Get out of here August!
