The Palm Springs International Film Festival has come to and end – don’t worry, I didn’t know either. According to The Desert Sun, attendance was down 2 to 3 percent this year.
The Desert Sun rattles off a long list of excuses for the drop, but it looks like everyone just chose to see Star Wars: the Force Awakens* instead.
*Star Wars: The Force Awakens was not given $350,000 in taxpayer dollars by the city of Palm Springs.
