Soooo…maybe check those old lotto tickets you may have lying around? That is because someone out there has a $63 million dollar, winning lottery ticket – and they only have until Thursday to claim their winnings.
The winning SuperLotto Plus ticket was purchased at a 7-Eleven in Chatsworth in August and no one has come forward to claim the prize, which would be a $39.9 million dollar lump sum.
Now, the lucky winner’s deadline is approaching and, if they do not get to a lottery office by 5 p.m. Thursday with the winning ticket, well…
The winning ticket had the winning numbers are 46-1-33-30-16 with a Mega number of 24. If no one comes forward, it would be the largest unclaimed SuperLotto Plus ticket ever sold in California.
In a related note, the person who purchased the winning ticket in Chino Hills for the $1.6-billion Powerball drawing has also yet to come forward. That person has a year to claim their $528-million share of the jackpot.
Hopefully, they are just spending this time trying how to gift it all to you because, if not, then it means that there are people playing the lottery not to win it – rather just to make sure you and I do not.
