The Coachella Valley is packed with places that will sell you a taco. Plenty of these places serve up some decent tacos, some places serve up gross tacos, and then there is always Del Taco – which serves up “tacos” that are only considered good if you are 12 years-old or an adult who has consumed over 5 beers. The question is: who is slingin’ out the best tacos in town?
Some people are very particular about what they consider a taco – but for this conversation, it does not matter if they are served hard or soft, with fish or meat (or potatoes or whatever), with corn or flour tortillas, puffy or street style, etc. – all we care about is this: which tacos are the tastiest in the desert.
