A 29-year-old Covina man was arrested Tuesday night after a night of drinking between two friends went terribly bad.
Marvin Ramirez was seen being taken away in a plastic sheet by cops, reports Fox 11. According to police he was dazed and confused while being put into the backseat of a police cruiser.
Police arrived to the San Bernardino home to find Ramirez wearing only shoes and socks, covered in blood, and standing over a man’s body, according to the Press Enterprise.
Ramirez and the unidentified victim were reportedly having drinks with the homeowner earlier in the night at the home on West 26th St.
There was no information released about what prompted the killing.
According to CBS 2, 50 murders have occurred in San Bernardino this year.
