[media-credit name=”Santa Ana Police Department via KTLA” align=”aligncenter” width=”225″][/media-credit]Home alarm system sales are most likely booming in Sana Ana today, as 29-year-old Jonathan Phan has been arrested for allegedly breaking into a woman’s house(!), removing his clothes(!!) and going to sleep in the her bed(!!!) – and all while she was still sleeping in it(!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)
The event, which happened last month, but was only released by the police now, was detailed by KTLA:
During the alleged break in, Phan removed his clothes, got into the victim’s bed and fell asleep, according to the release. When the woman woke up and saw him, she screamed, prompting Phan to get out of the bed and flee by jumping through a window.
Luckily for Police, he left behind a few small clues…
In his haste to leave, police said the suspect left behind his pants, cellphone and wallet, which contained his driver’s license. Patrol officers used the ID to locate Phan.
Phan was arrested on suspicion of residential burglary – unfortunately, that was the only charge as being a creepy asshole is not yet against the law in California.
