If you bought milk products in California anytime in the last 14 years, you might be owed some money.
Dairy farmers were part of a class-action lawsuit claiming they were price fixing. The settlement of the case, $52 million dollars, is now going to be distributed to customers.
Anyone who bought milk, cream, half & half, yogurt, cottage cheese, cream cheese, or sour cream since 2003 is eligible for part of the settlement, with the claim website stating the estimated refund will be between $10 and $20 per person.
No proof of purchase is necessary and you can file by January 31.
