The SNIP Bus, a a refurbished RV that drives around the Coachella Valley to provide low cost spay and neutering, is low on funding and may have to cease operations after next month.
The organization, which has been operating in the desert since 2016, made the announcement on Facebook:
According the SNIP’s website, all proceeds go directly to helping provide no-cost or low-cost spay and neutering for the pets in the Coachella Valley. The organization claims to have spay and neutered over 3,200 animals since June, 2016.
The bus is scheduled to make stops in Desert Hot Springs, Palm Springs, and Thermal during the month of July.
