Acqua California Bistro to open at the River in Rancho Mirage on July 27

Acqua California Bistro is opening their doors to the public on Thursday, July 27, according to their website.  

The opening marks the return to the same spot at The River in Rancho Mirage for Jerry and Barbara Keller, who closed Acqua Pazza in 2014.

The eatery will be open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner with menu items like Meatloaf A La Arturo, Quinoa Stuffed Acorn Squash, Escargot, Burgers, and Hand-Spun Cotton Candy.

Happy Hour will run 11am to close and features $5 well and wine, $6 drafts, and a selection of food items on the menu.

The restaurant is located at the River in Rancho Mirage between Babe’s and Cheesecake Factory.  Just look for the plethora of giant forks.
