A Redlands man, who was housing a foreign exchange student, was arrested after police say the student found a hidden camera in her bedroom.

The student, a teenage girl, reported finding a camera in her room to a school counselor, according to the Press Enterprise. The counselor told police and an investigation ensued.

Robert Kenneth Christensen, 54, was arrested on Oct. 23 at his home on San Pablo Avenue in Redlands. The girl was removed from the home by Children’s Protective Services.

The girl’s age and school were not released in order to protect her identity.
