The collision happened at the gas station on Varner and Ramon a little before 8 am on Tuesday. Mike Radford of the California Highway Patrol told KMIR that the driver, a woman in her 70s, mistook the gas pedal for the brakes during a Facebook Live (below). The vehicle crashed into the building at somewhere between 30 and 40 miles per hour, according to Radford.

The driver was treated for minor injuries and there were no injuries to either of the two employees inside the building at the time.
