Police were called to a home on August 22 for a vandalism call. The victim, a 72-year-old man, told officers that someone poured pee on his car. The incident was recorded on surveillance video (below) and deputies identified the suspect as 55-year-old James Eddy Pierson.

During their investigation, detectives learned that previously the victim had someone dump a large amount of urine on their door mat, according to ABC 7.

The victim looked over his surveillance video and deputies identified the suspect as James Eddy Pierson.

Detectives then conducted an investigation and found out a similar incident happened before at the victim’s house. A large amount of pee was poured on his front door mat.

A search warrant was issued and served for Pierson’s home on Thursday. Detectives found evidence linking him to the vandalism. Police also say the found evidence that he used methamphetamines.

Pierson was arrested on suspicion of vandalism and elder abuse.
