Cahuilla Casino in Anza set to build 57-room hotel

A 57-room hotel was announced by the Cahuilla Band of Indians on the property of the Cahuilla Casino in Anza, with construction expected to be completed in late 2019.

The expansion of the current casino will also include a restaurant and bar, a fitness center, a new gaming area, and an expanded parking lot, according to the LA Daily News.

The addition of hotel rooms on the property might be a welcome relief for Coachella Valley residents during the summer, with the casino being just a short, 35 mile drive up Highway 74 and 371 from Palm Desert – perfect for those looking for some relief during the hot summer months.

No word on the cost of the project or how many jobs might be created from it.
