With Modernism Week kicking off in Palm Springs, the LA Times details a Midcentury post-and-beam in Old Las Palmas that recently sold for a whopping $9 million, second only to Bob Hope’s old place as the most pricey house ever sold in Palm Springs.
The house sits on a 1.5-acre lot and was originally designed in 1968, but was recently renovated. The property includes a 5,500-square-foot house, two casitas, and a poolhouse.
