A burned body was discovered in a dry lake bed in Joshua Tree on Friday morning.
San Bernardino County sheriff’s deputies were called about 8:50 am to an area near Sunway Road and Rosehedge Avenue. They arrived to find the body, which they determined had been set on fire, according to Z107.7.
The victim was described as an adult male. The death is being investigated as a homicide.
