An 19-year-old Thermal man was arrested on Friday after police say he shot at three people as they say inside a car in September.
Juan “Chucky” Linares allegedly fired a handgun at the victims on September 27, according to a news release from the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department. None of the three people inside the car were struck by gunfire.
Linares was arrested sat a residence on Pinot Noir. He pleaded not guilty to all charges Tuesday afternoon.
The Coachella Valley Violent Crime Gang Task Force has identified Linares as a documented criminal street gang member.
