A homicide investigation is underway after a man was killed Tuesday night in Desert Hot Springs.
Officers with the Desert Hot Springs Police Department were called to Estrella Avenue for a report of a shooting at about 10 pm, according to KMIR. A victim was treated at the scene by paramedics and transported to the hospital, where he later succumbed to his injuries.
The victim was not identified.
