We are likely less than a week from the announcement of the 2020 Coachella Music and Arts Festival lineup. Of course, keeping something like that a secret is nearly impossible – so, just a couple of weeks after we learned that the headliners will likely be Rage Against the Machine, Frank Ocean, and Travis Scott, we now get word of a few more artists reportedly heading to the Empire Polo Club in April.
Sources tell Consequence of Sound that My Chemical Romance will reunite to perform both weekends along with a solo set from Radiohead frontman Thom Yorke along with separate sets by Lana Del Rey and Australia electronic music star Flume.
Typically, the lineup announcement drops during the first full week of the year and, hey, that would be next week, so we should have some sort of confirmation on who, exactly, is performing Coachella pretty soon along with another round of tickets being put on sale.
Coachella returns to Indio on April 10th -12th and April 17th – 19th, 2020.
