Viewers of Palm Springs television will notice a new face this week, as Peter Daut has joined KESQ as an anchor and reporter.
Daut was previously an anchor at KCBS and KCAL in Los Angeles, WSOC in Charlotte, and KDFW in Dallas.

He is a Southern California native, who was born in Torrance, grew up in Placentia, and graduated from El Dorado High School.
