Koffi Porter Ice Cream Float Night (Price: Free to get in, Beers are Reasonably Priced)
La Quinta Brewing Company is taking their delicious Koffi Porter, their Bourbon Barrel Aged Koffi Porter, and their Nitro Koffi Porter and they are throwing ice cream in it because beer floats are the shit (especially when it is awesome beer)! It gets going at 5pm Thursday.
Powerman 5000 & (Hed) p.e. ($15 / Pre-sale)
Thursday night, Willie Boys Saloon and Dance Hall in Morongo Valley will play host to Powerman 5000, (Hed) p.e., and Knee High Fox. Show starts at 8pm.
English Beat ($15 Sold Out)
The Hood Bar in Palm Desert will showcase a performance from The English Beat (or as they are known in England: “The Beat”) at 8pm. The band is best known for hits like “Mirror in the Bathroom”, “Too Nice to Talk To”, and “Save it for Later”.
Warren G (Presale $20)
With all the drama in The LBC…I will stop there since you know where it is going. Regulators mount up, as Warren G hits Zeldas on Friday night at 9.
Stand Up Comedy ($20)
The Improv is back at Fantasy Springs Casino. This week brings NBC LA weatherman Fritz Coleman along with Ron Morey and Chris Mancini. Shows are Friday at 9pm and Saturday at 8 & 10pm (it is my experience that the 10pm Saturday shows are the best btw).
