A man was pulled from a car that overturned in the drive thru of a Palm Desert McDonald’s on Tuesday morning.
Emergency crews were called the fast food restaurant near Varner Road and Washington Street a little after 7:30 am, according to KESQ.
The male driver of the car appeared responsive, according to the TV station, and was transported by ambulance to the hospital.
No word yet on how the vehicle ended up overturned.
