An unnamed Texas couple is looking to unload a downtown San Diego condo and they are willing to throw in a new Tesla to sweeten the deal.
The residence sits atop The Harbor Club in downtown San Diego. The penthouse takes up 2 full floors, has 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and 3 terraces with 360 degree views of the city. The owners bought the place as a second home, but could not find enough time to enjoy it (pardon me a second…I am just going to go outside and scream for a minute or two….ok, I am back…wait, needed some water for my throat after all the yelling…ok, now I am good).
The price of the place is a cool 8 million dollars – but the deal comes with a customized $100,000 Tesla. Just be sure you also have the $1,200 a month in HOA fees.
