A 27-year-old woman was arrested in La Quinta early Friday morning after police say she crashed her vehicle into parked cars, mailboxes, and a wall while allegedly intoxicated.

Police were called to Avenida Villa about 2:43 pm. They determined that a driver collided with three parked cars, multiple mailboxes, and a wall, according to police. Deputies determined the driver was driving her vehicle while under the influence of an alcoholic beverage.

Brianna Stringer was arrested for DUI and taken to a local hospital for treatment to minor injuries.
