Sunday, the wife and I did a little hiking at the Whitewater Preserve just outside of Palm Springs – which, first off, is highly recommended. Oh also, the require you to hike using your actual legs and feet.
If you have never been to the Whitewater Preserve, do go – as these photos do not even begin to do it justice…
It is spectacular and offers quite a few awesome hiking trails.
And when you go, you will notice a sign that greets you on part of the trail…
Here it is zoomed in a bit:
Yes, please leave your damn Segway scooter behind!!
And the thing is, this sign clearly exists because someone, at some point, actually attempted to ride their Segway up the damn trail.
This can only mean one thing: we are well on our way…
