A 22-year-old woman was arrested after police say an argument over a boyfriend escalated into a fight and robbery on Monday.
Police say that the woman, identified as Ashlee Thomas of Fontana, went to a home on 29 Palms Highway to confront the resident about a boyfriend, according to Z107.7. The resident told authorities that Thomas broke into the house and fought with them.
Thomas was arrested for investigation of robbery. She is accused of vandalizing the home and destroying between $500 and $1,000 worth of property. She is also accused of taking seventy five bucks out of a wallet.
The resident’s son was also elbowed in the face.
