Feeling that screwing the housekeeper wasn’t a big enough insult to Maria Shriver, now Arnold Schwarzenegger has eliminated her face from his new official portrait.
The painting was commissioned in 2003, and Arnold thought it would be a sweet gesture to include Shriver’s face on a lapel pin. But, with the marriage falling apart 8 years later, The LA Times reports a “modification” of the portrait was ordered – and Maria was smudged out in a crude way.
When the painting was unveiled in Sacramento this week, a blemish was visible where the pin (and Maria) used to be.
