It’s 2017 and that means it is now legal for your barber, stylist, or Flowbee operator to give you a free glass of wine or a beer with your haircut in California – making it the only thing I will look for when it’s time to cut off some of my locks.
The rules, as pointed out by ABC 7, are that the beverage must be offered for free and can only be up to 6 ounces of wine or 12 ounces of beer per customer and it has to be served by 10 pm – because, you know, so many people are getting a haircut at 1 am.
Now, knowing this is an option, going somewhere without beer or wine is going to be a huge disappointment. So, if you work in the hair industry, it would be best to get a fridge loaded up with some good IPAs stat!
And maybe serve it out of a sippy cup so we can keep that beer hair-free?
